Our office is at 118 Lexey Crescent, Wakerley QLD 4159 — about 12 minutes from our office. Carina clients meet us there by appointment with on-site parking, or work with us entirely by phone, email and secure video. Returns are signed electronically either way.

Yes — most Carina clients never visit. You upload documents to a secure portal, we prepare the return within 48 hours, walk you through it by phone or video, and you sign electronically. Lodgement goes through the Tax Agent Portal the same day you approve it.
