Our office is at 118 Lexey Crescent, Wakerley QLD 4159 — about 30 minutes from our office. Sunnybank clients meet us there by appointment with on-site parking, or work with us entirely by phone, email and secure video. Returns are signed electronically either way.

Most individual Sunnybank returns are prepared within 48 hours of us receiving your documents. We then send the draft for your review, lodge electronically once you approve, and the ATO generally pays refunds 10–14 business days later. Business returns follow your BAS and reporting cycle rather than a fixed turnaround.
